Article Deadline
All submissions must include the author’s full name & telephone number. You can contact your program Chairpersons to give them your articles or e-mail them to HSCNewsletter@googlegroups.com
The deadline for all articles is the 15th day of each month. Newsletters will be published on the 25th day of each month.
Newsletters Flyers
All flyers must be pre-approved by the appropriate Board member or chairperson(s) and must be submitted to the Board or Committee Chair(s) before the next board meeting.
Advertising Policy
Free Classifieds: Huggers (members only) can advertise items for sale or rent, free of charge in this newsletter. Such ads will be published when space is available for a maximum of three months. All items being sold or rented must be member-owned property. Send your classifieds to the hscnewsletter@googlegroups.com.
Paid Ads: An ad based on a member’s business card can be published at a cost of $96/year. The cards must be in a horizontal format. Cards may be reworked slightly to make them more legible for publication. Ads deemed
inappropriate will not be published.
Membership Renewal / New Sign-Ups
