PEDAL POWER LATE SUMMER WEEKEND AT SACKETS HARBOR

Cassie’s Sacketts Harbor trip started us off with beautiful, but hot weather on Friday....so hot that Jean B. hopped into the lake clothes and all during the afternoon ride - What a woman!! Later, our fearless leader, Cassie, sustained a triple bee sting attack - the bee flew right down her jersey while she was riding! Now that’s a brave woman!!

Saturday we toured the points around the area with Jules setting the pace, taking pictures and talking at the same time! Dinner was at Tin Pan Galley with Ken, Jody, Peggy, Mike, Jules, Cassie, Joyce, and Bill all having meals that treated the eye as well as the palate. Henderson Harbor, Wellesley Island, and Clayton became destinations on Sunday with the group splitting to see it all. Miles of biking and good times were had by all thanks to you, Cassie!
