Camp Gorham 2007 . . . . . Return to "Cross Country Skiing" or "Snowshoeing"

Cross-Country Ski/Snowshoe Trip
Camp Gorham, Eagle Bay, N.Y. - January 12-15, 2007

Thanks and appreciation go out to Joyce and Richard for providing us with a fun-filled weekend! Some of us elected to stay two nights while others stayed for three. The accommodations were great for both singles and couples alike. Everyone was able to get together as a group each night for food, videos, and fun. Barbara G. challenged us to a rousing game of "Two Truths and a Lie," which allowed all of us to see a different side of each other that we never knew existed.

Most of us were able to get out and snowshoe or cross-country ski during the day. The weather was mild although we would have liked more snow. Melinda provided dinner for the group Saturday night and if anyone went hungry that was their own fault. Each meal was delicious and everyone worked as a team. A special thank you to "the Bobs" for providing all the tech equipment so we could view the day’s activities and also catch a movie or two. If anyone hasn't already experienced Gorham we highly recommend signing up to go next year!
