Delta Lake State Park, June 27-29, 2003
We had fabulous weather at Delta Lake in June to walk, bike, swim, beach volleyball, canoe, kayak, and boat. Some biked a rather flat 18-mile ride around the lake, while others did 30+ miles through the various towns. The weather was so nice and the group meals so good, that we were pretty sedate at the evening camp fires.

The park inadvertently cancelled our base camp site, so a credit will be issued ASAP (Aug-Sept) to participants.

For 2004, the following destinations are being discussed: Delta Lake, Kring Point and Gary’s popular Cranberry Lake. As a reminder, sites need to be booked nine months in advance or we risk being unable to get a group of sites together. If any one is interested in running a camping trip, they should contact Trudy by early fall.
