Braddock Bay Paddle, Saturday, September 15th.
At noon on Saturday we値l meet at Doug's house on Lakeshore Dr (northwest of Braddock Bay). We値l unload our boats, then shuttle via car and leave the cars at our takeout at Braddock Bay Paddlesports on Manitou Road. From Doug痴 house, we値l paddle along the shore, into the bay and Salmon River for a total of approximately four miles to takeout. Afterwards we値l meet back at Doug痴 for a picnic. Bring a hearty dish to pass and your own drinks. This is a joint Paddle Power and ADK event. Paddlers must sign up for this event by calling Carl.

Niagara River Paddle, Saturday, August 18th.
We値l kayak the Niagara River from Lewiston, downstream to Fort Niagara. It will be a one-way trip of about seven miles with a car shuttle, followed by a picnic. You can expect a few eddys and Class 1 waves. Call me by Thursday August 16th to sign up and get more details. A minimum of three sign-ups are needed.
