Boonville 2010 . . . . . Return to "Cross Country Skiing" or "Snowshoeing"

Boonville Snowshoe/Cross Country Weekend,  February 26 - February 28, 2010

Grab your hats, gloves, snowshoes, and skis, bundle up, and join Kathy M. and Bob D. in Boonville for a blizzard of fun. This location is less than three hours from Exit 45 (142 miles).

Activities will start Friday afternoon with exploration of the area, a fish fry in town, and a comfortable evening at the Headwaters Motor Lodge just North of town on Route 12.

Saturday, skiers will want to head to one of the well-groomed 52 km BREIA Ski Trail systems to ski (no skate) for free. The two main trail areas are located only a 10-minute drive from the Motor Lodge. Meanwhile, K & B will lead the snowshoe contingent to places unknown out in the Great White Woods. Saturday evening you can have dinner in town, or join your hosts for pizza and wings at the Motor Lodge.

Sunday will have all new destinations awaiting, before we head home, to wait for the next Great K & B Adventure. There are several double Queen rooms reserved for us for Friday and Saturday, first reserved-first served. You MUST reserve the room for both nights at about $74+tax per night. No Hugger meals are included. Anyone interested may contact Bob at Hugger_Bob@yahoo.com or Kathy at 585-671-8401.
